Personal Information

My name is Suzanne Lopez, I am on active duty currently living in Korea but I was previously living in the Blackstone area of Omaha. My hobbies include drawing, traveling, photography and image editing. I love spending time outdoors, exploring my cares away. My current favorite food in Korea is traditional Korean kimchee stew, which is great for these colder months. There is an amazing Korean restaurant in La Vista that may have it, if anyone is interested in trying it out! Hope to learn lots and looking forward class with everyone. Thank you!.

Education

Before starting my first semester at UNO, I studied at MCC and am working to earn a degree that deals with the geographic analysis of our world.

Major

I am currently majoring in a Bachelors of Multidisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Geography and my secondary fields are Military Studies and Intelligence Analysis.

All my travels

I have traveled throughout the United States on multiple road trips and have visited Ecuador, Honduras, Costa Rica, and am currently planning to travel throughout Asia! Hopefully this class helps me understand what it takes to plan a good trip as most of the time I do a little research then wing it!

Why I'm taking this class

I'm taking this class to better understand what encompasses travel study in geography and learn as much as I can since I am always traveling for work and leisure. My advisor also thought it would be a good idea to start with this course.
